Shipping Coverage & Charges
We currently ship across India. Orders above ₹1,999 ship FREE; orders below carry a flat shipping charge of ₹99. International shipping is not available yet — contact us for special requests.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
Each product page shows its dispatch time (typically 1–7 days depending on the piece). After dispatch, delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–8 business days elsewhere. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Signed-in customers can track order status anytime under My Orders. For guest orders, use the confirmation email or contact support with your order number.
Delays
Handcrafted pieces occasionally need extra time. If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, we will proactively inform you and you may cancel undispatched orders for a full refund.
